I have read plenty of self-help & motivational type reads of the years but I haven’t come across many that are written in as high of a quality as author Janet Zamora’s “Manage Today” is. My favorite feature of this read is that it’s written in a very straightforward, smooth and almost relaxed manner. The book feels far from ‘chore-like’ to read through without sacrificing the pure educational aspect of the book. Most importantly, much of the advice is expressed through practical and applicable exercises that truly seem promising. I look forward to putting them into practice and hopefully seeing some results.Product details

As a performer, stress is often a huge problem for me. Stage fright is awful! I'm always trying to find ways to calm myself down and control my stress levels. That's why I purchased this book and it has some really helpful tips in here! Leading up to opening night of any performance, I use many of these methods to help control my stress levels which allows me to be completely level-headed going onto the stage. It also helped me to review and pinpoint other aspects of my life that were causing me stress - such as financial responsibilities and family life.
Another thing I love about this book is the personal experiences that the author shares throughout. I used to be really embarrassed about my stress levels, but reading that other people get stressed about such things as well really helps me to feel less silly about it.
This is a great book that I recommend to anyone that's trying to control their stress levels.
A very helpful book without all the fluff that is in other book. I would especially recommend it for people in their 20's and 30's

The author bolsters the management skills with own experience, intensifies the information. As a reader, I could feel the confidence from the author's heart. It's apparent that the author is a protege of the the grand masters in this area.
